Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

RestorationXpress operates out of Davie, FL and serves residential and commercial property owners throughout South Florida. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, and your rights as a visitor.

Information We Collect

When you submit a contact form, request an estimate, or call us, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a description of the damage or service you need. Our website also collects standard anonymous analytics data (pages visited, general geographic region, browser type) through common analytics tools. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

How We Use Your Information

The information you share is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule on-site estimates, prepare damage documentation, and — where you have authorized it — coordinate directly with your insurance carrier on your behalf. We do not use your contact information for unsolicited marketing, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.

Insurance Coordination

If you ask us to communicate with your insurance company, we treat that as explicit authorization to share relevant documentation (photos, moisture readings, scope of work) with your adjuster or carrier. We share only what is necessary to process your claim.

Data Retention

We retain customer records — including project documentation and communications — for a minimum of five years to satisfy Florida contractor recordkeeping requirements and to support any warranty or follow-up service needs. You may request deletion of your contact information at any time by emailing us, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Your Rights

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we hold about you, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of any sale of your data (we do not sell data). Visitors from the European Union may have additional rights under GDPR; because our services are limited to Florida, GDPR applicability is unlikely, but we will honor reasonable data access or deletion requests regardless of location.

For any privacy questions, contact us at [email protected] or by phone at (954) 964-6471.

Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

These terms describe the general conditions under which RestorationXpress provides restoration, remediation, and reconstruction services. The signed work-authorization form you receive before any project begins is the binding agreement that governs your specific job — these terms provide the broader framework.

Service Area and Eligibility

RestorationXpress primarily serves Broward County and surrounding South Florida communities. Requests from outside our standard service area are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our licensed scope or geographic reach.

Estimates and Authorization

Any written or verbal estimate we provide is an assessment based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Estimates are not binding contracts. A project does not begin — and RestorationXpress assumes no service obligation — until a signed work-authorization form has been executed by both parties. Hidden damage discovered during work (concealed mold, structural deterioration behind walls, secondary moisture intrusion) may require a revised scope, which we will document and present to you before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, accepted methods, and any deposit requirements are specified in your work-authorization form. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. For insurance-covered losses, we work directly with carriers to bill covered amounts; you remain responsible for any deductible, uncovered line items, or amounts your carrier declines.

Insurance Coordination

We are experienced in working alongside homeowners’ and commercial property insurance claims. We document losses thoroughly to support your claim, but we do not guarantee any specific insurance outcome. Authorization to communicate with your carrier must be provided in writing, either on the work-authorization form or separately.

Liability and Licensing

RestorationXpress operates as a licensed contractor under Florida state regulations. Our liability is limited to the scope of work described in the signed work-authorization form. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by delayed reporting of a loss, or issues outside the agreed scope. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct as defined under Florida law.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises from services we have performed, we ask that you contact us first at [email protected] or (954) 964-6471 so we have the opportunity to resolve it directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Broward County.

Accessibility Statement

RestorationXpress is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including visitors who rely on assistive technologies. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and our site is built to be compatible with screen readers and keyboard navigation.

If you encounter a barrier — a page that is difficult to navigate, an image without a description, a form that does not work with your assistive device — please let us know. You can reach us at [email protected] or by calling (954) 964-6471. We are committed to reviewing and addressing reported accessibility issues within a reasonable timeframe. Your feedback helps us improve the experience for every visitor.
